This will be delectable four-course dinner featuring classic and popular French recipes accompanied by carefully selected French vintage wines from the cellars of YATS. It will be served at the fine-dining private restaurant of CELLAR 1855 located in the entrance of Clearwater Resort in Clark.

This is one of those dishes that can go either way – red or white – for a wine pairing.
