YATS Wine Cellars operates out of Clark Freeport, serving mainly wine lovers of all stages of connoisseurship from beginners to those with the most discerning palate.

Our mission is to offer to our customers a shopping experience - both on-line and on-the-ground - that is a thoroughly rewarding experience. To do so, we maintain a large inventory of wines with a total value of well over US$2 Million. This wine list is constantly evolving, refreshing itself while keeping abreast of latest market demands. It comprises of over 3000 line items with vintages spanning over 100 years.

The main depot is located in Clark Wine Center which is situated along the main road of M. A. Roxas highway coming in the main gate of Clark Freeport. Cellars containing rare old vintages also exist in YATS Restaurant located inside Mimosa Leisure Estate.

These wine shops are open every day of the week from 10am to 8pm in Clark Wine Center and 2 to 11pm at YATS Restaurant.

Clark Wine Center hosts regular wine tasting event, some on the roof deck lawn if the weather is good. YATS Restaurant holds wine-paired dinners, each showcasing the wines from a specific wine region.

YATS Restaurant has a comfortable Lounge called the Magnum Room which seats up to 20, and is opened from 5pm to closing. This is where wine lovers can enjoy a nice Vintage Port or Sauternes over a Cuban Cigar perhaps, after dinner.

For wine lovers looking to purchase a case or two to bring home after the trip to Clark, YATS Restaurant also has a private "Tasting Room". This is a private room for up to 3 persons where buyers can order a bottle to enjoy during the purchasing exercise.

Although the wine list of YATS Wine Cellars contain legendary bottles that cost over US$30,000 a bottle, the real strength of the collection lies in the wide selection of aged vintage wines with very attractive price in the range of US$50 to $100. Not only can you find French, Italian and Spanish wines from vintages in the 60s to 90s but also quite a few from New-World regions of California, Australia and South Africa.
