Wine from Thailand served at Yats in Philippines

The wine from Thailand turned out to be surprising classical, despite its cepage of 80% Shiraz. Maybe it was the 20% Cabernet Sauvignon that came from France that gave it the European finesse. Overall, it could easily pass for a Claret in the class of a Medoc appellation perhaps. The problem is it costs about the same as one.
Will you pay $30 for a red from Thailand?
