Setúbal Moscatel from Portugal is coming to Philippines courtesy of YATS

Muscat has lived under the giant shadow of Port wines for the longest time. Even for those who venture out of Port for a bit, chances are they would stop at Madeira. Very few has gone so far as to reach the attractive Muscat wines of Portugal. Hopefully we can do something to change that in the near future as we bring some of these sweeties into the Philippines. Being less heavy than Port, they can be enjoyed before, after and during dinner, especially with mildly spicy Asian cuisine. Sichuan and Shanghai cuisines come to mind and I am tempted to include certain Indian and Malaysian recipes also. But the classic match will still be a cold liver pate on melba toast.
