Wine Tasting with Burgers at Malcom’s

Concept

Participants are treated to a tasting of eight distinctly different styles of (red) wine paired against three mini burgers.

Similar to the regular YATS Wine Tasting, this is a ticketed event. Participants purchase a ticket in advance. Each ticket contains a certain number of stubs – 8 for this event. Each stub can be redeemed for (small) tasting pour of a particular wine.

Format

Participants are given table seating. In each place is a “private” wine glass which he/she will hold on to for the duration of the event. All three burgers are served on a platter and participants can approach the wine station with the (private) glass in hand to redeem a stub for a tasting pour. Since there are eight different wines and each stub corresponds to one, participant can choose to taste at his/her own sequence and pace.
