WINE TASTING A preview of wines from 2005 the vintage of the century EXCLUSIVELY FOR MEMBERS OF YATS WINE CLUB IN CLARK Friday 7th August, 2009 This is a members’ only event and is free of charge to members who may bring one guest along. Wines to be served are from the great 2005 vintage. These wines probably need more time in the bottle to mature so this is going to be a “preview” tasting to help us gauge for ourselves how many years we should wait before we open these bottles for more optimal enjoyment. The YATS Wine Club is an elite membership club. The YATS Restaurant is part of the facilities but there are private rooms and facilities that are available only to members.
