About YATS Wine Tasting
Probably the most stress-free and yet educational wine experience in town

YATS WINE CELLARS holds regular small public wine tasting events both in Manila and in Clark/Angeles Pampanga. These are ticketed events where participants purchase a ticket either in advance - at a 50% discount - or at the gate if tickets are still available.

These events are NOT a hunting ground for wine merchants. All the wines are purchased by YATS for the exclusive tasting pleasures of its guests. No wine salesmen are allowed in these events. There are no sales pitches, no person to convince you what you should or should not like. This is entirely self-paced so you and your friends can take your time to enjoy a wonderful learning experience in the truly amazing worldof fine vintage wines.

This is how a Grand Wine Tasting (GWT) works at YATS.

Each ticket comes with five (5) tasting stubs redeemable for a tasting pour (usually about 60-65ml) of a wine of your choice. A typical GWT will have a line-up of 12 to 20 kinds of wine. Nobody is expected to taste all of them in one evening.

Each GWT has a different theme, for example: New World Old World comparative tasting, French wine from vintages of last 5 decades or Wines of five wine grape varieties. There are literally dozens of these interesting themes, all designed to make it for you to educate your palates through comparisons.
